This apartment is located in the center of Altopascio, in a peaceful residential neighborhood. Just 600 meters (a 10-minute walk) from the train station and 1.5 km from the Altopascio motorway exit, it’s an excellent base to explore Lucca and the most beautiful Tuscan towns.

The space

Situated on the second floor (no lift) of a modern and well-maintained building, the apartment features a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a mezzanine with a small lounge area, perfect for working remotely, accessible via a spiral staircase. There is also a full bathroom, a master bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a laundry room with both washing machine and dryer. Guests will also have access to a private parking space inside the gated complex.

Before arrival, guest details will be requested to prepare the tourist rental agreement to be signed at check-in.
